The best way to describe living with anxiety, depression, OCD, or any other mental illness is “rollercoaster.” One day is not like the next, one dip is not as far down or as high a rebound as the last, and one time on the tracks might not be as fun as the last. Yet, the ride keeps going regardless of time. People come and go, and the peaks and valleys and twists and turns are part of the journey!
